Aftersales Leader - (Passenger car and commercial vehicle aftersales leader)

Blackburn Ford are recruiting an Aftersales Leader to oversee their workshop, Service Advisors, and parts department. Blackburn Ford are a commercial vehicle authorised repairer.
We are looking for a candidate with past automotive aftersales experience. Customer focus and providing excellent customer service is key. You will be a driven and commercially minded candidate, very comfortable in a target-driven environment.
What does the role of an Aftersales Leader involve?
1. Ensure all warranty and repair work adheres to manufacturer and company standards.
2. Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials, and constantly assessing against budget objectives.
3. Management of accounts, budgets, and costs for the whole department.
4. Regular review of pricing policies and ensuring appropriate legislation is adhered to.
5. Leading the team, setting clear targets and KPIs, to excel and overachieve these.
6. Ensure and maintain a safe working environment and that processes adhere to health and safety regulations.
7. Enhancing levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department.
What do you need to succeed as an Aftersales Leader?
1. Experience in a target-driven environment with the ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets.
2. Passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service to ensure customer retention.
3. Proven background in running a successful workshop or parts department.
4. Strong business acumen.
5. Strong knowledge of consumer/vehicle legislation.
