Role & Responsibilities: Manage care schedules for clients and staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Liaise with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to assess and meet client needs. Respond promptly to changes in care requirements and emergency situations. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulations. Provide ongoing support and communication with caregivers and clients. Assist with caregiver recruitment, training, and performance management Arranging shadow shifts for new starters What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Empathy and a genuine passion for helping others. Experience in scheduling or coordinating roles, preferably in healthcare or homecare, not essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
