Key responsibilities and accountabilities: \nâ¢\tSetting up new Windows devices: Configure and deploy new Windows devices for employees, ensuring all necessary software is installed and settings are configured.\nâ¢\tGeneral assistance to IT Team: Provide support to the IT team in daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure.\nâ¢\tSetup desk with IT equipment: Assist in setting up workstations with the required IT equipment, including monitors, keyboards, mice, and docking stations.\nâ¢\tLearn and support specific company applications: Gain knowledge of company-specific applications and provide support to end-users as needed.\nâ¢\tBasic Microsoft 365 support: Assist users with basic Microsoft 365 tasks, including email setup, troubleshooting common issues, and providing guidance on using \n Microsoft Office applications.
