(1) Supporting the work of qualified clinicians and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners & community wellbeing practitioner in identifying local populations who are underserved and improving pathways for those populations (2) Joining the Wellbeing Team to edit, develop and co-facilitate wellbeing workshops (3) Provide outreach and drop-ins at various community events (4) To contribute to evaluation, research and education as appropriate (e.g. literature searches, preparing group materials, posters and other presentations) (5) To co-facilitate psycho educational groups and workshops, including supporting Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners & Wellbeing Practitioners in preparing materials for these (6) To shadow protocol-based psychological assessments of clients, including self-report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi-structured interviews with clients and others involved in the clients care, with opportunities to conduct these. (7) Raise awareness of the service within the community via marketing and meetings with local representatives (8) Develop partnerships with GPs and their practice staff (9) Supporting the direct marketing activities of the NHS Wandsworth Talking Therapies Service Service. This will include developing local marketing plans, promoting the service through community events, and in community settings. It will also include developing new relationships with local community centres, healthcare providers and businesses.
