What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and execute cutting-edge creative strategies that engage, inspire, and deliver impact.
* Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors to produce standout work across key art, digital, social, video, and experiential media.
* Push creative boundaries, ensuring every campaign is bold, innovative, and results-driven.
* Be the go-to creative partner, transforming ideas into strategic, high-impact campaigns.
* Build strong client relationships, gaining trust by understanding their brand and market positioning.
* Own the room in pitch presentations and strategy sessions, delivering ideas with confidence.
* Inspire, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and fearless creativity.
* Work with senior creative leadership to elevate the agency’s creative output.
Integrated Campaign Excellence
* Oversee the execution of 360-degree campaigns, ensuring consistency and excellence across all platforms.
* Provide hands-on creative direction, keeping projects on time, on budget, and on point.
* Lead the creative development of key art, digital assets, and engaging social content that connects with audiences.
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, tech, and consumer behavior.
* Drive creative innovation using new tools, platforms, and storytelling methods.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Leadership
* 8+ years in the creative industry, 3+ years leading teams within an agency or entertainment-focused brand.
* A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing work across key art, digital, and social.
Strategic & Creative Thinking
* Ability to merge big ideas with business strategy, creating work that delivers real results.
* An engaging presenter and storyteller who can sell big ideas internally and to clients.
Technical Knowledge
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of production across digital, print, video, and experiential content.
Passion for Theatre & Film
* A deep understanding of the entertainment industry and how to craft compelling creative for stage and screen.
