Marketing Assistant

Our mission is to create clothing that is stylish, discreet, and practical, empowering users to dress confidently without compromise. As a growing start-up, we’re looking for a creative and entrepreneurial individual based in Belfast to join our team and play a key role in building our online presence, growing our community, and executing our marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
* Create and manage social media content aligned with Mude’s marketing goals and values.
* Plan, schedule, and monitor content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and monthly newsletters.
* Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive and engaged community.
Content Creation:
* Develop on-trend, engaging content, including video, graphics, and written posts/website content.
* Source and share relevant third-party content, such as industry news, trends, and influencer posts.
* Ensure all content aligns with Mude’s brand voice and mission.
Community Building:
* Build relationships with followers, influencers, and partner organisations.
* Execute campaigns with clear calls to action, focusing on growing Mude’s waiting list and brand presence.
Target Audience Analysis:
* Monitor and analyse audience behaviour and feedback to refine social media strategies.
* Adapt content to ensure it resonates with our target audience and reflects their needs.
Performance Tracking & Strategy Reviews:
* Track KPIs and metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Analyse social media algorithms and competitor activity to stay ahead of trends.
* Collaborate with the team to adjust strategies based on performance insights.
Industry Research:
* Track industry trends, competitor activity, and influencer content to inform campaigns.
* Stay updated on the latest developments in adaptive fashion and digital marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for Start-Ups:
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help a growing brand make an impact.
* You bring fresh ideas to the table and adapt quickly based on feedback.
Skills:
* Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva & Meta).
* Basic graphic design, video editing, or photo editing skills.
* Strong writing skills with the ability to create content that connects with our audience.
* Analytical mindset to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
Education & Personality:
* Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or currently enrolled in university in one of these disciplines.
* Proactive, organised, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
* Interest in adaptive fashion, inclusivity, or start-ups is a bonus but not required.
* Must have access to and be able to use their own laptop.
