ABOUT THE ROLE
Investigate motor injury insurance claims, assessing case documentation to identify key details and discrepancies.
1. Conduct professional interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties, drafting detailed statements.
2. Examine and document evidence through scene inspections, photography, and video recording.
3. Collect and analyse relevant documents, including medical reports and police statements, to support findings.
4. Manage cases within strict deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate completion of investigations.
ABOUT YOU
1. Must hold a current VIC Private Security Individual Licence (Investigations) or be in the process of obtaining it.
2. Investigative experience (motor injury insurance background preferred but not required).
3. A self-motivated, proactive professional who can work independently.
4. Exceptional organisation & time management skills.
5. Sharp attention to detail & strong problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & document management systems.
7. Prior interviewing experience and the ability to build strong rapport.
8. Must have full working rights in Australia – sponsorship and temporary visas will not be considered.
