Our client, a leading wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to support a team of investment managers in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth (HNW) private clients. About the Role:
As the Client Service Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing the operational and administrative tasks that ensure seamless day-to-day support for investment managers. From preparing client reports to coordinating communications and handling compliance requirements, you will be the go-to support person, helping investment managers deliver an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Manager Support: Prepare reports, assist with client meeting preparation, and handle client inquiries on behalf of investment managers.
Documentation and Compliance: Manage client account documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Operational Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to address client needs and streamline service delivery.
Efficiency Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within client services.
