Join The Tersus Team as a dual role Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Glasgow and Surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location, with a 40-hour workweek and overtime opportunities. Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, tablet, and tools provided.
Referral Bonus: Earn £2000 for each asbestos surveyor or Analyst that you refer!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Conducting thorough surveys, including management and refurbishment & demolition surveys, ensuring accurate bulk sampling and precise site notes.
* Engaging in comprehensive training programs and staying current with industry trends.
* Completing tasks ranging from statutory re-inspections to airborne fiber monitoring demonstrating proficiency.
* Providing expert asbestos management advice to clients, significantly contributing to health and safety.
* Ensuring all asbestos-related work meets quality standards, collaborating with the technical team.
* Compiling accurate reports, maintaining site laboratory integrity and reliability.
* Identifying growth opportunities and promoting services to clients, driving success and expansion.
* Implementing and monitoring safety procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
* Offering technical advice and support to the team and clients, and preparing comprehensive health and safety risk assessments.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong knowledge of current asbestos regulations, including P402, P403, and P404 qualifications.
* A proactive mindset, dedicated to meeting deadlines.
* Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UKAS accredited environment.
* Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.
