Applicants must possess GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade A - C, or GCSE level 4-9, or a level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy or CSE Grade 1 in English and Mathematics. Applicants must also possess a relevant NQF/QCF Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and Learning and be trained in relevant strategies and/or a particular learning area. Part of the interview process will involve an observation at our setting on an alternative day prior to the interview date.
