Role: Prinicipal QA Speacialist
Location: hybrid with 3 days in the office in Slough

Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Support enrolment and ongoing maintenance of global quality standards processes.
* Assist with documentation management activities in alignment with organizational standards.
* Contribute to the implementation of global quality systems, including preparation, validation and qualification tasks, coordination of online training programs, and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth and compliant deployment.
* Monitor internal quality records to ensure timely and accurate completion.
* Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to newly implemented systems.
* Collaborate with global project teams to ensure timely and effective execution of project deliverables.
* Undertake business-related tasks as assigned by the line manager or senior leadership team.
* Foster and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Key Stakeholders:
* Global Quality Management Systems (QMS)
* QA Systems Team
* Local site teams and cross-functional partners

Education & Experience:
* Required: Bachelor's degree in Science or a Quality Assurance discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in QA-related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Specialization: Advanced experience (5–10 years) in the implementation of IT-based Pharmaceutical Quality Systems (PQS).
