Description Our team is looking for a Java software engineer to join our group. In this role you will be responsible for developing and expanding a platform and related tools where emerging artists gain insights and build their music careers. Responsibilities of the role include: understanding of the existing system to a complete depth coding to a high and consistent standard, that you will help form contribution with innovation and ideas to engineering discussions helping the team improve the future architecture of the system debugging and troubleshooting of distributed applications excellent communication skills, and coordination with the internal engineering teams and external vendors Minimum Qualifications 4 or more years of experience in building, maintaining, and debugging software Programming in Java or other Object Oriented language Experience designing and architecting distributed systems Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Experience with platforms such as cloud infrastructure, orchestration and messaging systems Experience with Spring Boot or equivalent framework A solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data caching Familiarity with software testing and openness to gain more expertise Open to working across multiple timezones and geographies Education & Experience Additional Requirements
