Our Human Resources team support the management team to deliver best practice in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. We are looking to add a Group HR Coordinator to this fast paced and busy team. As a Group HR Coordinator your responsibilities will include, although are not limited to: To follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures To proactively support the businesses operation by helping in other departments which may be busier than your own at a particular time. To create and collate HR reports. To support with the onboarding process and all new starter paperwork including Job descriptions and contracts of employment. To maintain the Staff Handbook in agreement with the Group HR Manager Assist with specific projects, as and when required. Deputise for HR advisors when required Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation Establish, develop and maintain effective and credible working relationships throughout organisation Keep HR data secure and stored correctly in line with GDPR guidelines. Support the wider business to complete accurate reports in including absence data. Be the front line of contact for queries coming into the HR Department and fully communicate all issues to the wider team. Provide professional support and advice to internal customers on a range of employment issues including conditions of service, policies, and procedures. Assist the wider HR team in dealing with HR matters as appropriate with confidentiality and to appropriate time scales Support in the development of HR skill in managers by advising on matters of employment, best employment practice and the interpretation of terms and conditions and HR policies and procedures Support the Group HR Manager & Group Senior HR Advisor with monthly payroll processing for the Group Assist with the preparation and delivery of line leader training programmers on HR related matters. Ensure the content of the training is relevant to training needs identified, and in line with current best practice. To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate: Experience working in HR Admin or Coordinator position. Working towards an HR based qualification (E.g. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent) desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills with all Target Healthcare employees. Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software (E.g.
