Motorsport Advanced Developments Ltd is actively seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter to join our team on a full-time basis. This crucial role demands the candidate is well-versed in Mazatrol and/or Fanuc based ISO. The right applicant will need to be able to set up Milling or Turning, and have programming experience, working on a range of complex 3, 4 and 5 axis machines. As a crucial part of the team, the ideal candidate will thrive in both collaborative and independent work settings, adapting seamlessly to the dynamics of our manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
* Program and set from 3 to 5 axis CNC machines to process materials accurately.
* Ensure machines are set up according to precise specifications and maintain proper calibration.
* Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to guarantee optimum functionality.
* Address and rectify any operational issues that occur during the production process.
* The ability to Inspect final products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
* Adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in multi-axis CNC Machining.
* Proven Programming experience in either Mazatrol and/or Hypermill preferred. Other experience will be taken into consideration.
* The ability to work as part of a team and be a team player.
* Strong mechanical aptitude with proficient use of hand tools.
* Knowledgeable about logic controllers and mathematical skills.
* Ability to interpret schematics, and technical documents.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to following instructions precisely.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
