About the Role
At Shoal, we are seeking a skilled Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our fish and meat sales team in Waltham Cross.
The primary responsibility of this role involves managing first-level customer service responses, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information to clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
* Resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Providing detailed product information and making recommendations to customers based on their needs.
* Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with a competitive basic salary.
