Member Services Administrator
Fixed-term (will end on the 30th of September 2025)
Full time – 35 hours
Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, innovative, and confident individual during an exciting time of growth and continuous improvement.
You will play a crucial role in their Services Team, providing high-level customer care by effectively communicating with customers.
Working as part of our busy team, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will assist in providing a first-class service to our customers. You will be expected to collaborate and support your colleagues across a broad range of tasks within the team.
The role will include:
1. Supporting customers via a variety of channels including telephone, email, web chat, and post.
2. Ensuring tasks are carried out on time and in line with customer expectations.
3. Maintaining high levels of competence, demonstrating great quality work, completing mandatory training on time, and continually demonstrating the company behaviours.
4. Remaining compliant and ensuring you continually act in accordance with regulatory requirements.
They are passionate about creating a diverse workforce; the desirable candidate criteria are below, but they will consider all applicants:
1. Minimum of five GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
2. Customer service experience will be advantageous.
The successful candidate will receive full training and coaching.
