Job Description
3. Processing invoices and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency
4. Handling payment runs, ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policies
5. Maintaining and updating supplier details in the system
6. Resolving supplier queries in a timely manner
7. Assisting with month-end closing activities
8. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
9. Collaborating with other team members to achieve departmental goals
10. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
11. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
12. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
13. Strong numeracy and analytical skills
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
15. Ability to work well in a team environment
16. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
