Voice Sales Specialist
This organisation operates globally and is revered in the UK as an excellent Managed Service Provider. This position would be reporting to their Manchester office and also meeting customers/clients.
As a Voice Presales Specialist you would be:
* Collaborating with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to drive Voice solutions sales.
* Providing technical expertise and support in understanding voice product capabilities.
* Aligning voice solutions with customer needs and demonstrating product benefits.
* Assisting in the sales process by offering insights and facilitating discussions.
The ideal candidate would have:
* Technical expertise on voice solutions, including VoIP, SIP, Unified Communications, Hosted Telephony, and Contact Centre technologies.
* Experience leading product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to highlight the features and advantages of voice solutions to prospective clients.
* Ability to collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical specifications.
Salary: up to £40k + commission
Working: 4 days in office / visiting clients
