Responsibilities:
* Preparing annual accounts for Doctors, Dentists and other healthcare professionals - full training will be provided for this specialism
* Drafting tax computations for review by the tax team
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional client service
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members, assisting with their professional development
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry trends, applying this knowledge to enhance service delivery
* Supporting the Managers with other ad-hoc work as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in accounts preparation within an accountancy practice is essential
* Solid knowledge of accounting principles, a general understanding of basic tax principles and experience with relevant software (Xero & QuickBooks)
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional qualifications such as being ACA or ACCA qualified
* Applicants who are QBE are welcome
