Job Requirements
* Educated to A-Level or equivalent.
* Desire to generate new creative ideas for projects and making them happen.
* Using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft applications e.g. Excel, Outlook etc.
* Knowledge of Google Drive, Dropbox and Google Calendar.
* Working in a busy environment with competing demands.
* Ability to prioritise and multitask with strong organisational and creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of personalities.

Job Responsibilities
Project Management
Oversee and deliver project management tasks such as task prioritisation, working to deadlines, achieving objectives, licencing, undertaking risk assessments and being responsible for health and safety relating to the project.
Creative
Contribute and generate creative ideas and responses to project ideas, working closely with the Eden Arts team.
Fundraising/Stakeholder/Funder Management
Collate data and complete monitoring and evaluation tasks as advised by the Head of Projects. Provide relevant information to the Head of Projects to ensure reporting to Arts Council England and other funders.
Marketing & PR
Oversee the promotion of various projects, through social media as well as traditional print media.
Finance
Working with the Finance Manager ensuring projects stay within budget allocations. Monitoring and maintaining accurate and up to date forecasts for projects and providing accurate budget reports to the Director and Finance Manager.
