Perform an ambassadorial role, representing the Pre-op Department administration service acting in a professional, courteous and customer-focused manner at all times. Contact patients with bookings information, liaise with other departments to schedule patients as appropriate, answer telephone and email queries, take messages, direct where appropriate, meet and greet and provide assistance directing visitors to the department to appropriate locations. Maintain confidentiality at all times as required by legislation and Trust Policy. Data Entry /Clinic Preparation.
