The Role We are excited to be recruiting for a Tender Coordinator to join the team and assist with the preparation of technical and commercial tender response documentation. You will be the tender focal-point for the CRM system, tender trackers, initial pre-qualification enquiry management, tendering activities coordination and more Principle Accountabilities Reviewing RFQs / ITTs, understanding Clients’ expectations and scope of work. Liaise with internal technical and commercial teams populating the Cost, Time & Resource (CTR), with good understanding on bid estimating and building cost models. Storyboarding proposals, tender write-ups, preparation of tender response, seeking approvals and submission to Clients. Assist Sales / BD team with regular updates to the CRM system. Regular updates to tender & proposals register. Assist with answering Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, liaising with other relevant departments. Producing weekly reports for meetings and management information. Assisting with Bid activities – writing text, making presentations, procurement, marketing information, company information etc. Assist the group, ensuring that Tender Team and Senior Leadership Team adhere to Bid Management Process Market research – assist with competitor analysis, market outlook and future tender bulletins. Dealing with Client comments, feedback and queries, including attending any meetings with Clients. Other departmental administration as and when required. Qualifications and Experience Previous tendering experience and technical knowledge is essential. Attention to detail and proactive attitude. Excellent Communication skills. IT Literate, experienced in using Microsoft office packages, particularly Word and Excel. Ability to work to own initiative and to strict deadlines. Degree or HNC qualified in either a Business or an Engineering related subject will be an advantage. Experience in either Marine, Renewables, Oil & Gas or other energy related industries will be an advantage. Experience with CRM package (Salesforce, Dynamics etc.) will be an advantage.
