PERSON SPECIFICATION
· Must be able to travel to KT2 and across London for content creation and events.
· Must have own equipment and editing software, including a camera, lighting, microphones, and props. (We are open to discussing equipment hire or basic purchasing options if needed.)
· Creative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box.
· Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to feedback.
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
· Quick and efficient in execution.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION
· Passionate about learning and staying up to date with digital trends.
· Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
· Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience in video recording, editing, and production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
· Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
· Understanding of storytelling, composition, framing, and cinematography techniques.
· Knowledge of lighting setups, sound recording, and color grading.
· Basic understanding of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) and campaign management.
· Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize performance, translating data into actionable insights.
· Ability to manage time and deadlines effectively, working both independently and within a team.
· Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles to enhance social media reach.
· Skills in graphic design, animation, or motion graphics are a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
· Create and schedule compelling photo and video content for social media platforms.
· Use social media management tools to plan and maintain a content calendar.
· Assist in digital marketing campaigns, from concept to execution.
· Run and optimize paid social media campaigns, including ad targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
· Engage with the online community, responding to comments and inquiries.
· Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
· Capture high-quality video content for digital platforms, ensuring a strong brand narrative.
· Plan and execute shoots, including storyboarding, scripting, and location scouting.
· Edit and produce videos with high-quality output, seamless transitions, and effective pacing.
· Maintain and operate video equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
· Organize and manage a library of video assets for easy access and reuse.
Fee: Salary based on performance, experience and skills.
