Internal Sales person required for an electrical wholesaler in the Birmingham area.
Our client is a growing electrical wholesaler who is recruiting for an internal sales person to join their team.
The role:
1. To contribute to the success of the branch and promote the company's name by providing excellent levels of customer service.
2. Maximise sales by providing high levels of customer service in all areas including answering phones promptly, handling queries and orders efficiently and accurately.
3. To increase the turnover and profit of the branch through the development of both existing and new business.
4. Calling on regular spending accounts, re-contacting and activating dormant accounts and cold calling potential new customers.
5. Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
6. Assist customers on the trade counter.
7. To work as part of a team and help where required.
The person:
1. Enthusiastic, conscientious, good communicator, common sense, and a good attitude to work.
2. Electrical wholesale experience essential.
3. Salary depending on experience plus bonus.
