If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love taking ownership, and are excited by the challenge of growing a brand from the ground up, this role is for you.What You’ll Do:Build strong, meaningful relationships with key retail and wholesale partners.Identify untapped opportunities to expand market share and increase brand visibility.Partner with marketing and product teams to craft bespoke promotions and product offerings for key accounts.Dive into sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and share actionable insights.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that drive both profitability and long-term partnerships.Represent the brand with pride at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.Who You Are:Experienced in food or drinks sales, ideally with a challenger brand or SME background.Skilled at presenting to and managing relationships with national accounts.A confident communicator and active listener who builds trust with ease.Driven by numbers, motivated by goals, and excited by the thrill of sales success.Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.Proven at growing listings within existing accounts while driving new business across Convenience, High Street, or Wholesale channels.Why Join?Be part of a brand that’s redefining soft drinks with bold innovation and purpose.
