Cegeka UK are currently looking for a Strategic Project Analyst on behalf of our UK Central Government client. This is a 4-month contract, with possibility for extension, and would be in a hybrid capacity with ad-hoc office time spent at our clients West London sites. We are looking for someone with experience in developing and building programme strategy, with an ability to work in a matrix style to deliver results. If that sounds like you then dont hesitate to get in touch Responsibilities: To review and implement strategic projects, including end-user facing programmes Drive the development of the end-user facing programmes, implementing where appropriate Oversee and coordinate ongoing strategic activities to enable end-user base growth and diversification Caretake (line manage) and provide leadership to the Community Engagement division working collaboratively with the Head of Community Engagement. Skills and Experience BPSS clearance (desired) Previous NHS experience (desired) Demonstratable experience supporting the building, development and implementation of strategies Have line management experience of hybrid teams in a range of geographical locations, including experience of matrix and collaborative working
