Who You Are You are an experienced Auditor or Quality Assurance Officer with a strong background in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your expertise in auditing and quality assurance within SEND enables you to effectively support good services and outcomes for children, young people, and families. You have a keen eye for detail and are proficient in conducting case audits, thematic audits, and dip sampling while incorporating feedback from children and families. What the Job Involves The role involves ensuring that all audit and quality assurance activities within SEND are effective, working within the Performance & Quality Assurance Framework. You will support the Quality Assurance and SEND Heads of Service in designing, developing, delivering, and implementing an audit and quality assurance program across Children's Services, including Social Care and Education-SEND. Your work will help reflect emerging themes in learning and development programs to drive improvements in quality. The role supports the ongoing improvement plan, aiming for measurable enhancements across SEND and Children's Social Care. This is a temporary 3-month position, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office located in central Liverpool, compensated at £45 per hour on a limited status.
