About the role: In this role, you will work closely with the IT Director and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps. You will be supporting and enhancing existing services and have the opportunity to lead new greenfield projects to provide innovative solutions for business challenges. Hybrid working is available for this role and for the right candidate remote working. Occasional UK travel may also be required. This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours a week with an annual salary of £35,000. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and Power Apps applications. Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Lead the development of new greenfield solutions to drive innovation and address business challenges. Support the integration of Power Automate and Power Apps solutions with other systems and applications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Automate and Power Apps applications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or SQL. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Understanding of JSON data structures and their practical applications Desirable: Experience in software testing and quality assurance practices. Relevant certifications in Power Platform or related technologies (e.g.,PL-200, PL-900, PL-100, PL-400). Experience with other Microsoft tools and technologies, such as Power BI. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell). Understanding of integration techniques and APIs. Work within a structured software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
