The Role
This is a hugely exciting role, sitting within our UK Enterprise Market organisation and reporting into the EM Country Lead. You’ll be working across some of the biggest brands in the UK and Ireland - including Huggies® and Personal Care. Key areas of responsibility include:
1. Develop and deploy category vision and strategy based on deep understanding of key growth’s drivers in categories, channels and clients, shopper’s understanding and insights, identifying additional source of growth
2. Lead Joint category development process with major clients, develop relationship with retailers, helping them in providing category growth
3. Lead creation and delivery of categories plans for channels and specified customers based on DPSM (distribution, pricing, shelving, merchandising) approach
4. Develop and deploy Commercial Strategy based on Revenue management and strategic pricing, category expansion and channel’s portfolio optimization, etc. and agree top down annual budgets by category & customer in line with financial & brand objectives
5. Developing RGM methodology to identify net realized revenue (NRR) and profitable growth opportunities across Ukraine and Centrale Europe region by each lever: Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix management, gross to net and commercial policy (trade terms).
6. Support Commercial team in the use of the ROI calculator (tool update, resolve issues). Understanding of ROI concept.
7. Support sales team in promo validation process (review promo proposals vs sell-out plan)
8. Develop and deploy trade investment and promo strategy through implementation of Trade Marketing calendar based on categories guidelines and financial targets
9. Partner with cross-function to deliver the category & commercial strategy

11. Strong analytical skills
12. Advanced Excel capabilities: advanced formulas, tables/formatting, conditional formatting, advanced charting (sparkline, dynamic charts, combination charts, etc) and Pivot tables
13. Strong presentation skills
14. Solid understanding of retail business
15. Knowledge of Nielsen Data base
