Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and support to clients and practitioners in complex cases.
Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies that meet clients' needs.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine service requirements and outcomes.
Mentor and train junior practitioners, fostering their professional growth.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and efficacy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and regulatory requirements in the field.
Participate in performance reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational processes.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years experience in a relevant field or similar role.
Proven track record of successful case management and intervention strategies.
Strong understanding of best practices and legislation governing the sector.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases effectively.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and supporting team members.
Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in the field.
