Outline of the role
The Retail Apprenticeship involves working full-time in our store, assisting with customer service and learning retail operations. It offers a fast-paced, engaging environment with opportunities for career progression. We value our Sales Assistants and support skill development and training.
Duties include:
* Demonstrating exceptional customer service
* Understanding and maintaining brand reputation
* Promoting products and highlighting offers
* Supporting stock rotation and promotional activities
Training is in-store over 12 months, ending with an assessment to achieve a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with no college days or homework involved.
Person specification
Requirements to succeed:
* A passion for learning and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
* Interest in retail, ambition, and commitment to qualifications
* GCSE grade 4/C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Availability for full-time shifts, not currently in education, and no prior retail apprenticeship or degree
* Eligible to work in the UK and interested in retail career growth
