The role will be reporting to the Resource Manager, your duties will include:
1. Taking calls from our trade operatives, clients, and residents.
2. Liaising with operatives and residents regarding booked appointments.
3. Assisting with the allocation of work to operatives on a daily basis, including providing response work to ensure appointment times are met.
4. Working effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.
5. Updating and maintaining the database with details of appointments and completed works.
6. Ad hoc administration duties as and when required.
