Requirements Position Overview: As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing ZigZag's strategic relationships within the Shopify ecosystem, including app developers, agencies, consultants, and other service providers. You will drive the creation and execution of a comprehensive partnership program that enhances ZigZag's presence in the eCommerce space, generates new leads, and drives revenue growth. This role requires a collaborative, data-driven, and proactive approach to maximize the value of partnerships for ZigZag and its customers. By building and nurturing strategic partnerships within the Shopify ecosystem, you will play a pivotal role in expanding ZigZag's presence and creating value for our partners and customers. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key players in the UK & EU Shopify ecosystem, including app developers, agencies, consultants, and other service providers. Drive awareness of ZigZag and source new referrals, pipeline growth, and revenue. Program Management Design, implement, and manage a robust partnership program tailored for Shopify users, driving awareness of ZigZag's offering, securing referrals, and fostering pipeline growth. Platform Integration Lead efforts to integrate third-party platforms and apps into ZigZag's eCommerce returns solution, working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution. Prioritize integrations based on customer value and business impact. Referral and Affiliate Programs Develop and execute referral and affiliate programs to incentivize partners to recommend ZigZag's services, driving lead generation and customer acquisition. Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, capturing their current and future needs and ensuring alignment with ZigZag's goals. Internal Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create co-marketing initiatives, integration opportunities, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Generate feedback for the product roadmap. Performance Tracking Monitor, analyse, and report on partnership performance metrics, including lead generation, referral revenue, and integration success. Market Guru Be the go-to person for Shopify platform changes, retailer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity. Provide insights to support ZigZag's strategic decisions. Community Engagement Actively participate in Shopify community events, webinars, and forums to promote partnership opportunities and foster relationships. Attend key tech and industry events to build relationships with emerging platforms that may benefit ZigZag's customers. What you’ll need to be successful: Multiple years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel sales, preferably within eCommerce, SaaS, or tech platforms. Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships, hitting revenue targets, and developing go-to-market plans. Strong familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem, including an established network of relationships across agencies, app developers, and retailers. Relevant eCommerce and logistics experience is a bonus. Strong LinkedIn presence and strong network. Must be able to demonstrate Shopify knowledge and experience and ideally contact base. Key Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable public speaker and presenter with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with remote and in-person teams. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about eCommerce, technology, and creating meaningful value through partnerships. Willingness and ability to travel to attend events, meet partners, and establish in-person relationships.
