Your role as a Head of O&M will include:

* Lead the O&M team across the UK

* Contract negotiations and lead on tenders - potential and current clients

* Compliance with all requirements, contract obligations and H&S standards

The successful Head of O&M will have:

* O&M Management experience on utility scale solar projects

* Competent in contract management and compliance

* Adept leadership qualities
