Head Chef
Taste Hospitality Recruitment Ltd is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to oversee all culinary aspects of our clients' high-end catering company in Cheshire.
With a strong background in commercial restaurant or hotel kitchen environments, preferably with 2AA Rosettes standard, the ideal candidate will be responsible for menu creation, development, and research.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and motivating a professional kitchen brigade
* Ensuring ongoing training and development for team members
* Leading by example and inspiring the team to maintain exceptional standards of cuisine
* Collaborating with the team to create innovative and delicious dishes
The successful candidate will have a passion for high-quality food and fine dining, with excellent man management and kitchen management skills.
