Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Business Development role for an established and growing company in Nottingham.
This role will suit someone who has a proven track record of Business Development and Key client Account Management.
Key details:
* Manage and grow existing B2B accounts
* Weekly travel to London for meetings with key clients
* Take a proactive approach to lead generation and canvassing for new business opportunities
* Managed services selling
* Conduct in-person follow-ups with leads and clients to build strong relationships and close deals
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience
* Proactively manage key accounts to deliver annual growth targets
What they are looking for:
* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
* Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong ability to generate leads and close deals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
* Willingness to travel nationwide to meet clients and attend events (Roughly 2 days per week out of the office)
* A go-getter attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Ability to deal with multiple large accounts
* Demonstrated experience of adopting a consultative sales approach to understand complex customer situations with senior stakeholders from multiple departments
