Job Description
The Role:
As Senior Sales Manager, youll be the driving force behind generating and converting business for Fairmont St Andrews, with a key focus on achieving and surpassing our group rooms and banqueting revenue targets.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Key account management of existing clients to ensure maximum revenue is secured for Fairmont St Andrews.
* Management of sales and catering ensuring strategies are in place to create demand.
* Identifying strategies to develop the assigned market and execute territory and account plans.
* Managing, nurturing and developing Group Sales Coordinators / Executives to ensure communication from the lead to the enquiry phase is accurate.
