An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Renal Dialysis Unit; the post will be rotational over The James Cook University Hospital (JCUH) and Friarage Hospital, Northallerton (FHN) sites. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 5 Nurse to support our Renal Dialysis Unit.
The Renal Dialysis Unit provides assessment care and support for our patients, including inpatients and critical care patients requiring Haemodialysis. The successful candidate will be required to be part of an on-call rota to provide haemodialysis out of hours.
The post holder will be expected to work in a busy Renal Unit service across JCUH and FHN and be part of an on-call rota. They will undertake a range of duties to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of renal treatments/sessions, working closely with the lead Consultants and liaising with other nurse specialists, Consultants, GPs, and community staff.
We are inviting highly motivated and dynamic registered nurses with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, along with a full nursing degree qualification.
