We are working with a Public Sector organisation based in Teesside to recruit a HR Assistant to cover a period of maternity leave.
This is a 12-month contract supporting with generalist HR duties.
Salary up to £28,000.
Reporting and working alongside the HR Manager, you will be key to providing generalist HR operational support to all business areas.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Providing advice and support to line managers around policies and complex casework issues.
2. Supporting line managers with advice on absence management and ER.
3. Onboarding, contract and transactional paperwork.
4. Recruitment support including posting adverts and general administration.
5. Generalist HR duties as required.
