Interim Head of HR and Organisational Change / Transformation (Interim Head of HR) – PE-backed Challenger Bank
Our client is a PE-backed challenger bank going through a significant enterprise-wide transformation.
This assignment focuses on supporting the executive team in developing the initial strategic execution of the people and cultural side of the bank's transformation.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned Interim Head of HR (or Director), with significant experience in leading HR and organisational change in a bank. You must have multiple examples of supporting hands-on transformational change in wider fintech and financial services firms. Significant banking experience is a prerequisite.
A maximum day rate of £800 outside of IR35 will be paid. You must be immediately available. The initial contract length is 6 months. This role is remote.
