NEW OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR JOB - PADDOCK WOOD We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of day-to-day operational activities, supporting the efficient flow of goods and services across the supply chain. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain and improve operational performance in a fast-paced logistics environment. In this job you'll be working closely will all departments to support their administration. You'll be working with operations, purchasing, sales, and HR to name a few. You'll need to prove strong attenion to detail and problem solving skills. Ideally you'll have some customer facing experience. Essential Skills Experience : Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or operational role. (3PL or supply chain environment beneficial but not essential) Technical Proficiency : Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) or warehouse management systems (WMS) would be ideal. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address operational challenges. Organizational Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
