Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. First level registration RN (child) RSCN or Registered RMN RN (MH) or LD Nurse, and SW
2. Evidence of CPD in relevant speciality
3. Evidence of level 6 studies
4. Relevant teaching qualification
5. Qualified to function as mentor for pre-registration students
Desirable criteria
1. Qualification relevant to speciality
2. Educational qualification
3. Leadership qualification or course
Knowledge
Essential criteria
1. Clinically competent within clinical area / speciality
2. Awareness of clinical governance process
Training and Experience
Essential criteria
1. Significant experience working as a Registered Practitioner with CAMHS experience
2. Evidence of professional leadership
3. Evidence of multidisciplinary / multiagency working.
Desirable criteria
1. Experience of clinical audit
2. Experience of research activities

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
