As a Senior Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for the technical leadership and the delivery of installations within the business. The Senior Installation Supervisor will provide training, coaching, and mentoring to their designated Installation Teams encouraging them to develop their skills and grow in confidence within their roles. The Senior Installation Supervisor will provide detailed updates and reports to the upper management on the progress of installation teams. About The Role Ensuring that all teams are aware of and working to the required Company installation standards and that they are knowledgeable of all other relevant company policies and procedures. On going monitoring of teams to ensure that they are meeting their individual job responsibilities, providing guidance to aid improvement where the expected standards are not met. Overseeing the work of the existing supervisors to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively. Participating in staff meetings to discuss work related issues such as scheduling changes or upcoming projects. Conducting performance evaluations of subordinates to determine their professional development achievements, and areas for improvement. Acting as a role model for other team members by demonstrating positive work habits, such as punctuality and dependability. Communicate with their team members and other supervisors to relay information, answer questions, and provide feedback. When required, the Senior Installation Supervisors will be responsible for over seeing larger projects on site. This will include the onsite coaching of a Trainee Installation Supervisor being the point of escalation for any issues that may arise. Ensure that all project teams are compliant with Health and Safety procedures and the safety use of equipment as required to carry out tasks is per the safe system of works. Manage and control on site Confined Space projects. Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 3 in Site Supervision CSCS Gold Card (Supervisor) Slinger Signaller Confined Space Fusion welding Clean water Hygiene. Experience of successfully supervising a team onsite, being able to demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to develop, coach and motivate a team. Experience of working within the Pump Hire Industry or a background in Mechanical engineering. With a Basic Knowledge of Water treatment processes. Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Ability and willingness to travel within and throughout the UK as and when necessary. A full UK driving licence is required for this position as you will need to travel if the business requires.
