Responsible for your own projects and development and creation of high-quality design for print, illustration and exhibition artwork. To use your illustration and design skills to support the client base in the creation of unique and dynamic training support material. Support the Design Studio Supervisor with the creation of high-quality artwork for use in posters, leaflets, exhibition, display and doctrinal publications. Adhere to brand identity instructions for both the Army and Aspire Defence and follow all legal and policy directives as instructed. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: Educated to ‘A’ Level Standard or equivalent in a Graphic Design, Multimedia or Information Technology based qualification. A Foundation Degree or equivalent in a Graphic Design, Multimedia or Information Technology based qualification would be advantageous. Experience: Proven experience of an array of graphic design products showing a broad spectrum of technical skills. To demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve without support. Understanding of print processes and technology. To prove this ability through the use of a portfolio at interview. Skills: Experienced in Adobe software and Apple based hardware and products to create design for print, artwork illustrations, exhibition layouts and display graphics. Committed to stay current and up to date with to the evolving techniques and technologies, demonstrating adaptability and innovation in embracing new tools and trends.
