• Shape the future of Workday by leading solution design, ideation, and implementation.

• Own and manage system upgrades, integrations, and technical transformations.

• Design seamless Workday integrations with third-party systems.

• Lead technical aspects of Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning modules.

• Develop and optimise Workday reporting, analytics, and security measures.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

• Be a champion for innovation and align solutions with broader business goals.

✅ Proven expertise in Workday architecture and HR solutions.

✅ Experience designing Workday integrations and delivering solution blueprints.

✅ Deep knowledge of Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning.

✅ Ability to lead and deliver solution designs independently.

✅ Collaborative mindset and top-notch leadership skills.

✅ Flexibility and creativity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
