What we need you to do
Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, the Project Manager will focus on an assigned portfolio of small/medium technology projects and for these will do the following:
* Ensure all assigned projects adhere to company standards and methodologies.
* Provide comprehensive project support, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
* Ensure the effective capture of business requirements to enable technical solutions to be developed.
* Work closely with the Head OSS/BSS systems, internal stakeholders and external third parties and communicate effectively on project status/plans/issues.
What we need from you
* Minimum of 3 years experience in technical project management within telecommunications industry desirable but not essential.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools ideally including the use of JIRA.
* Strong understanding or experience of other regulatory requirements.
* Experience with Salesforce (desirable) and other cloud-based applications including integration.
* PRINCE2 foundation certification or equivalent experience.
* Experienced in Agile project delivery.
* Strong understanding and application of project management principles, processes and themes.
* Ability to tailor project management to fit the project environment and context.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and with external partners.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* It’s a fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly.
* Self-motivated and driven.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
