Our Impulse business plays a vital role in achieving this, and we’re looking for a National Account Manager to help drive our growth across key customers, including High Street retailers (Boots, WHSmith, Holland & Barrett), Symbols (SPAR, Budgens, Londis), and Forecourts (BP, Shell, MFG). The Person: We are looking for someone with experience in FMCG sales, currently working as a Commercial Executive or National Account Executive, with at least one year of experience managing your own account(s) and P&L. You should be skilled at building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working cross[1]functionally. Proactivity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are key, as well as a passion for the Impulse/OOH sector. Relevant experience in buying roles or FMCG sales will also be considered. The Role: In this role, you will manage key accounts across the High Street, Symbols, and Forecourts sectors, some of our most strategic partners, where we see big opportunities for growth. Reporting to a Senior National Account Manager, you will: - Build and nurture strong relationships both internally (especially with our product, marketing, and supply chain teams) and externally with customers. - Take full ownership of the customer P&L, ensuring effective management of internal forecasting, revenue, and profit. - Develop tailored customer plans, identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth within your accounts. - Leverage a category-led, needs-based approach to increase revenue and market share across your customer base. - Create and manage joint business plans with customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a Commercial role within FMCG or similar. - At least 2 years experience managing a customer P&L and a strong understanding of the retail supply chain. - Experience with Impulse/OOH customers, especially High Street, Symbols, or Forecourts, is highly desirable. - Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. - Ability to work from our London office a minimum of 3 days a week, with 1 day a month visiting customers.
