Details:
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Accountant on a full time basis. This is a remote/home based role with the requirement to attend meetings and visit clients in the Inverness area on a regular basis. Working hours will be Monday – Friday with the pattern of hours flexible to suit.
Duties include:
Preparation of accounts for a wide range of small-medium clients across sectors.
Manage and prioritise a portfolio of clients including workflow, communication and deadlines to meet the needs of the clients and business.
Support clients with ad hoc advisory projects.
Person specification:
Preferably a professionally qualified Accountant with experience in an accounting environment (commercial background will also be considered as will P/Q or qualified by experience).
Ability to use own initiative.
In-depth analytical skills.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Capable of working autonomously and managing a varied personal workload.
Client focused and delivered with excellent communication.
Good organisational and time management skills and able to prioritise to meet deadlines and the needs of the business.
Strong IT skills with cloud accounting experience preferred.
