Senior Childcare Manager – Children's Wraparound Company Lewes BN7 1JP Salary: £31,941.20 per year Full-time/Permanent role covering school term-time plus 5 weeks in school holidays ( Role includes 8 weeks of paid holiday during school holidays) We are recruiting for Sussex's leading organisation in the childcare sector. They have developed over almost 20 years into the most trusted organisation in the region offering year-round wraparound care (breakfast clubs, after-school clubs, and holiday camps) for children and parents. As a Senior Childcare Manager you will manage a school setting and be independently responsible for the running of all provisions; delivering safe, planned, and fun activities to the children in your care. You will also have the independence to manage your team of staff and all stakeholder relationships, ensuring high performance and ongoing growth within your club.
