Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are searching for a Sales Support Administrator to join our world-leading Chesterfield based Industrial client in their admin department!
Job responsibilities:
1. Provide efficient service to internal and external personnel
2. Control stock levels of customer items within limits agreed
3. Operate systems clearly and efficiently, regularly monitoring to ensure order entry is in full compliance with both customer requirements and company policies
4. Provide regular administrative support to Account Managers where necessary
Skills required:
5. Communication and people development skills
6. Developing relationships
7. Review resources and adjust workload dependent on deadlines
8. Focused understanding of customer care and after sales service.
9. Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications essential
Hours and pay:
10. Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm (30 min unpaid break)
11. Friday 9am-2pm
12. £11.75-£12.25 per hour dependent on experience
